Please read these Terms carefully before completing any purchase or booking.

We provide wellness services including but not limited to fitness training, nutrition counseling, and somatic sessions, offered both in‑person and online (the “Services”). We also sell physical products, such as hats and t‑shirts, and digital products, such as a virtual nutrition guide that may be downloaded or emailed (the “Products”).

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service or Product at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

3. Not Medical Advice or Therapy

The information and guidance provided through our Services and Products are for educational and general wellness purposes only. They are not medical advice, mental health treatment, or any other professional healthcare or therapeutic service.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions, and we do not prescribe medication. 4. Client Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

You understand that fitness training, nutrition changes, and somatic or body‑based practices can involve physical, mental, and emotional risks. It is your responsibility to consult your physician before starting any fitness, nutrition, or wellness program.

By participating in our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are in good physical and mental health to engage in the Services.

• You have obtained any medical clearance you deem necessary.

• You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or other harm arising from or related to your participation.

You agree to listen to your body, stop any activity that causes discomfort or pain, and seek appropriate medical care when needed.

5. Eligibility and In‑Person Safety

Our Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

For in‑person sessions, you agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions given by Leah Moore Wellness LLC.

• Use any equipment or space in a safe and respectful manner.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services if we believe your participation is unsafe, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms.

6. Online Sessions and Technology

Online sessions may be conducted via third‑party platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools. You are solely responsible for:

• Having the necessary device, internet connection, and software.

• Providing a safe and private space for sessions.

​

We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or failures caused by technical issues outside our control, including internet outages or platform downtime. If a session is materially affected by a technical issue on our side, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule.

7. Booking, Cancellations, Transfers, and Refunds for Services

7.1 Booking and Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email or message from us.

7.2 24‑Hour Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule an individual session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time. To cancel or reschedule, you must contact us at info@leahmoorewellness.com or use our designated scheduling system (if applicable).

​

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered late‑canceled and will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be provided for late‑canceled sessions.

​

7.3 No‑Shows
If you do not attend a scheduled session (“no‑show”) and do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice, the session will be forfeited and you will be charged the full session fee. No refunds or credits will be provided for no‑shows.

​

7.4 Non‑Refundable Services; Transferability
All fees paid for Services are non‑refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by us in writing.

A session may be transferred to another person with our prior approval, provided that:

• You provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice; and

• The person receiving the transfer meets our eligibility requirements and agrees to these Terms.

Any such transfer does not create a refund or credit for you, and we reserve the right to decline a transfer at our sole discretion.

7.5 Packages and Programs
For packages or multi‑session programs, payment is typically due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Packages and programs are non‑refundable.

A package or our BodyLove program may be transferred to another person with our prior approval, provided that:

​

• You provide us with at least 7 days notice; and

• The person receiving the transfer meets our eligibility requirements and agrees to these Terms.

Any such transfer does not create a refund or credit for you, and we reserve the right to decline a transfer at our sole discretion.

 

8. Refunds and Returns for Products

8.1 Physical Products (Hats, T‑Shirts and Patches)
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated. To request a return or exchange, contact us at info@leahmoorewellness.com with your order number and details.

Unless we shipped a defective or incorrect item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit, as specified in our policy. Original shipping charges, if any, are typically non‑refundable.

8.2 Digital Products (Virtual Nutrition Guide)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable or emailed materials, including our virtual nutrition guide, are final and non‑refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact us at info@leahmoorewellness.com within 30 days of purchase so that we can assist you.​

8.3 Chargebacks
By making a purchase, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute, refund request, or concern before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that is inconsistent with our stated policies.

We grant you a limited, personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use these materials for your individual, non‑commercial use only.
