ABOUT ME

After being an Assistant Vice President at Citibank, I became a personal trainer at New York Sports Clubs in 2003, turning my lifelong passion of wellness into my career. In 2010, I earned a BS in Nutrition and Food Science, and began performing nutrition counseling as well. Since then, I've helped hundreds of diverse clients build strength, lose excess body fat, optimize athletic performance and bounce back from injuries. I most recently provided nutrition counsel to the St. Thomas Aquinas College athletic department.
I'm solely an entrepreneur now, using my empathic gifts and wellness expertise to provide just the right medicine for souls with fitness issues and goals.
Along with my formal fitness and nutrition education, my personal explorations have shaped my wellness approach into a holistic one, guiding people to the behaviors, foods, products and services best for their bodies, souls and the Earth. I love sharing my diverse, accumulated wisdom , and helping clients get results- transforming their bodies, health and lifestyles.
