Meet Leah

In 2003, I went from being a Citibank Assistant Vice President to becoming a Personal Trainer at New York Sports Clubs, turning my lifelong passion of wellness into my career. In 17 years there, I worked with hundreds of diverse clients. I'm solely an entrepreneur now, continuing to help souls build muscle strength without getting injured and lose extra body fat without having to be on unsustainable, restrictive diets.

When I first started training with Leah, I had a consistent yoga practice, but due to an old shoulder dislocation, I wasn't able to do push ups.  A year later, not only am I doing 3 rounds of 20 push ups, but I have more mobility and range in my shoulder.  I love how toned and strong my upper body has become!"
