My Story
I knew something was missing after years of exercising, stretching, foam rolling and getting massages, I still had the same physical tension and inner angst. Then, I started meditating more consistently and incorporating somatic embodiment practices. This helped me interrupt the cycle of being "dragged around" by thoughts that fueled anxiety, tensed my muscles or drained my energy. Finally giving my body the deep cues it needed to relax and let go of. This also has made it easier for me to lose body fat and build muscle.
