WHAT- we'll be cultivating your body's ability to experience pleasure by tuning in to embodied messages of safety and pleasing sensations
WHY- the felt sense of safety we'll be cultivating helps relax muscles, lower anxiety and improve mobility, flexibility, digestion and creativity
HOW- with gentle, somatic and embodiment practices and/or movements. Giving our life force permission and space to be open, receptive and spontaneous.
WHEN- Wednesday, May 7th, 8p- 8:30p EST. A replay will be provided.

My Story
I knew something was missing after years of doing stretches, foam rolling and getting massages, I still had the same flexibility and physical tension. Then, I started incorporating somatic embodiment practices, which finally gave my body the deep cues it needed to relax and let go of. Making it so much easier for me to lose body fat and build muscle.
